PressureLegs — скачать бесплатно

PressureLegs is a quiet home diary for your mornings and your legs. Each morning, write down the two numbers from your own home reading, taken seated after a short rest, along with the arm and the time. Each evening, note whether your legs feel light, heavy or aching, and whether the sock left no mark, a faint line or a deep groove, and on which leg. Hours on your feet, walks and legs-up minutes are saved as plain facts. When deep marks follow one another for several evenings, the app gathers them into a band so you can see how long it lasted and what was going on. Two weeks can be placed side by side to show days with the same hours on your feet and a different evening mark. Seal any day for your next appointment, add the question you want to ask, and read it all in large text when the time comes. A help card keeps the name and number of someone to call and the first words to say. Everything stays on your phone. There is no account and nothing is sent anywhere. PressureLegs does not measure, diagnose or choose medicines or compression. Sudden swelling of one leg, shortness of breath or chest pain means calling for urgent help right away.
