Built for engineers, technicians, quality personnel, managers, developers, AI users and anyone seeking practical learning. THREE EGK LEARNING PILLARS QUALITY — EGK ESD ACADEMY A three-level ESD engineering pathway aligned with ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 and IEC 61340-5-1:2024. Level 1 — ESD Awareness Electrostatic charge and discharge, triboelectric charging, EPA and grounding, packaging and handling, HBM/CDM sensitivity, safe floor behaviour and daily ESD controls. Level 2 — ESD Control Program Engineering Program architecture, training and competence, measurement and compliance verification, grounding and EPA control systems, audits and nonconformity investigation. Level 3 — Semiconductor ESD & Surface Engineering Tooling, surface resistance, material engineering, ESD coatings, qualification and degradation, failure analysis and tooling audit. AI — EGK AI UNIVERSITY A new professional pathway for organizations using AI, generative AI and AI-enabled workflows. Three levels cover: • AI safety, responsible use, data privacy and human oversight • AI risk, data governance, identity and access, application security, prompt injection, sensitive-information disclosure and third-party AI risk • AI lifecycle governance, testing, validation, monitoring, incident response, audit evidence and continual improvement References include NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, NIST CSF 2.0 and OWASP GenAI/LLM security guidance. This is EGK education, not external certification or legal compliance certification. MANAGEMENT — EGK INSTITUTE A new engineering-driven pathway connecting quality systems, manufacturing, operations, procurement, suppliers, cost, delivery and customer outcomes. Three levels cover: • Quality management, process discipline, non-conformance, root-cause analysis, corrective action, inspection, KPIs and continuous improvement • Manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity, bottleneck analysis, Lean principles, variation and supplier management • Strategic operations and supply-chain leadership, resilience, cross-functional decisions, KPI architecture and an applied strategic case study ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATE Each pathway includes a knowledge assessment. A passing score of 80% or higher is required for the EGK course-completion credential. Certificates are personalized PDF credentials with your name, credential ID, issue date and assessment score. EGK certificates are course-completion credentials and do not represent ISO, IEC, ANSI/ESD S20.20, NIST, OWASP or other external professional certification.
